Obey regrets
Obey regrets
So what is the piece or pieces of Obey art that you most regret letting go of? I was looking through my ISOs on EB which made me think of a couple I regret selling. Each had to go for different reasons but all are missed. My top 3 are:
1. Giant Star
2. Star Stencil
3. Big Brother Collage (AP-hand finished)

Peace Elephant. I had two of them at one point. I’ve got one of the gold stickers signed by Shep framed up that somewhat eases the regret.

I gave away Obedience Problems as a wedding gift to someone in 2002.

Re: Obey regrets
I had a pretty amazing 44x60 DoH4 stencil collage on paper that I miss sometimes. Not sure I'd have a good wall for it in my current house though.
Re: Obey regrets
Like EZ it wasn’t the ones I sold and regretted, it’s the pieces I had the opportunity to buy but passed.

I was worried that it would get out of my price range at the end after the sham auction below for a stained one closed at $2.7k

Oh, and I regret not finding the money for the DOH canvas from your show a few years back.

Mine is "Mark of the Giant". Sold that one back in 08 or so, and still regret it today.

No, but it was another member on the forum that really deserved it. Hmm, I see one on eBay right now as a BIN. Very much tempted.cybernigel wrote:Did I buy that from you?pennylesspig wrote:Mine is "Mark of the Giant". Sold that one back in 08 or so, and still regret it today.

Elephant. But in hindsight it worked out very well.
