Just found a larger version:
Re: Your ad here: V1 Gallery
I had a feeling that the Street series and the Regan and Freinds images were going to kick major buttocks as HPMs. Now the question is where do I buy one!

It's interesting you say that because I thought the "Street" series works best without the HPM process (I would love to see what these look like on metal) but I agree that the Regan and friends looks much better with the HPM process.spagucci1 wrote:I had a feeling that the Street series and the Regan and Freinds images were going to kick major buttocks as HPMs. Now the question is where do I buy one!
I just like the graphic feel of the street series as a flat image without the distracting HPM process, but that's just my opinion.

I'll hopefully get there some time in the middle of August. I will most likely be going on an overnight ferry from Oslo. It will be my first Shepard Fairey show.EFE wrote:Who is going??? 10 hour drive for me..

hah, i feel the exact opposite. IMO the Regan Pieces work on the white paper, and the street pieces look better as HPM's

I only like 'Corporate Violence' out of the Reagan series series, but I really, really like it. The billboard pieces kick azz too.
Re: Anticipation: Your ad here - V1 Gallery
The Corporate Violence piece is sick and looks sort of ghostly. Kind of cool.

I think this signals we will see a lot prints that are very "flat" as BP pointed out, but come out of their shells when collaged. I love them both for equal reasons. Shep is really on top of his game now and gives something to each side of the coin and IMO this signals a new direction for him.

Re: Anticipation: Your ad here - V1 Gallery
Email the gallery and tell them you want the preview when it's available.
Re: Anticipation: Your ad here - V1 Gallery
That's the way, but I'm guessing by now that preview list is fairly long.
