So frustrating. This is why its so hard to even consider buying these prints. You get your hopes up to be slapped in the face by error messages on drop day. Blahhhh....

Loaded the final screen maybe a dozen times and each and every time the submit button wouldn't work.
Why is it so hard to get a working website?
Beyond frustrated...

I think the site crashed about 20 times... Was one of the ones that the cart kept timing out and had to hit Submit about 5 times as each time the page would time out and send me back. What really sucks about it all was my cart ID was 18! That blows!

you gotta hit refresh if you feel like submit is taking to long. if you wait for something to happen, you'll just time out and miss out on the print.
