I made a long shot run at it hoping to score under four figures. No such luck. Congrats to whoever secured it.

Let's band together and not bid in it. I'm sure he has a high as hell reserve anyway.

Pulled. I wonder if he sold it to a high bidder off site or if he is a board member here and saw this thread? I'm guessing both.

I think it got sold off eBay. I doubt the guy was a board member or knows much of anything about Obey stuff or he would have known what that print is worth. I think he is a just a straight donkey who bought something cool when it was worth nothing and forgot about it for a decade.

Interestingly, the listing does not show up anywhere. It is almost like it was pulled by eBay. There can be no doubt it is the same print he sold from the previous listing. Maybe it was pulled down because someone told eBay he sold it, was paid, and did not live up to his end of the bargain. Accordingly, he should not be allowed to sell it again.

Well something happened and somehow he was alerted to it's value. Pretty unlikely he just figured it out on his own.

Total DB move, I have a feeling this isn't the end of this print's appearance here.

Notice all I was asking about were stickers. So....if you have any older OG stickers you'd like to get rid of hit me up. :)
like Hex, i had contacted him as well....not about the missed print but if he had others idly wasting away (willing to bet a few of you did too). Got the same 'stay tuned' response.

A real lesson would be a sham account with a super high winning bid that did not pay.

He must have not seen the numbers he wanted to see after a few days (I think it was $1050.00 before it went away) so he cancelled it...

I'm gonna see if I have an old AOL ebay account still active...for some fun :)

Me. Dude framed them with crepe materials for 14 years so they are yellow. They also have some edge wear. I am high bidder right now but do not expect to win. Frankly I am questioning whether they are worth my bid.

I'm not sure how, but I've managed to do this with two prints that had slight yellowing. Both are in my portfolio now, and I guess after a couple of years the yellowing has either faded somehow or gone away almost completely.

Nice. I'm going to have the prints de-acidified. They also might need a little bit of a bath. Either way they will be much better after a little tlc.
