Re: Jack Healey - Create Your Future
I do understand your point , honestly I do , and if truth be told I was as annoyed as billyo when I first got word of how it had arrived and my first email when I was still under the impression I was dealing with a corporate entity that should know better was to lay it on thick in my complaining , b...

Re: Jack Healey - Create Your Future
Yeah , I've no doubt Obey would have done that for him if he had asked or they known about his limitations of satisfying a bunch of poster nerds and their over-expectations.....it was only 100 after all so it wouldn't have been a huge inconvenience. I just think he got caught out with our fastidious...

Re: Jack Healey - Create Your Future
I ordered the ASSK print and it came damaged (rolled in a very small tube and what looks like water damage). E-mailed to see if they would send me a new one and Jack Healey himself actually e-mailed me back. I guess he does everything on his own. Felt bad and just kept the print as is. So temper yo...

I always sign into Paypal before a drop. Then I don't waste time signing in right after I hit 'Paypal' in the store. Try it, it will save you precious seconds. I've tried that before , it didn't seem to work? Still had to sign in again once the print dropped , is there anything I could have done fo...

Re: Covert to Overt: The Under/Overground Art of Shepard Fai
I've got mine via Amazon today , would have loved to have supported the artist and ploughed the bulk of the profit back into the source but at $70 postage to the UK against it being free postage from Amazon it was a no brainer for me, there's only so much of the ridiculously expensive postage costs ...

Hmmmm , after it had corrected itself by clicking on Fribs link , it's now reverted back to what I've been seeing for the last 2 weeks again , and what made me think there was some secrecy issue I was unaware of. It's gone back to this for me again http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y294/daiheafield/i...

Re: anticipation: PAY UP OR SHUT UP
Ahh , so it's not just been me then? Thought it was strange. I have been reloading the obey site but it remained the same (lady giving the finger) , to be honest it was only because I saw it mentioned on EB that I knew about this weeks drop (artist) , went to OBEY ..no mention of it ... but got it o...

Re: anticipation: PAY UP OR SHUT UP
Ahhhh , thanks John , that's does seem to be my problem.
For the last 2 weeks or so it's just been showing no change and I assumed it was some kind of semi-secrecy issue.
Thanks for the solution.

Re: Price Evaluation for a couple older prints
Plus the Destroyers print that Soak Your Buns is selling isn't signed or numbered. The auction says it is but the pictures don't show any sig or numbering. Good spot Spag , despite them saying it's signed and numbered throughout their description. Exactly my point in paying no heed to their "n...

I've never paid heed to any "no refunds under any circumstances" bumpf , if they don't sell me what they proport to be selling me they are getting it back and I'm getting my money back too.. It's like me sticking a sign up in my pub saying I hold the right to stick my hand up your wife's s...

You know what's really strange Ilja? I've been upstairs sorting out a few things less than an hour ago , and came across that print stored away and it immediatly came to mind that I remember "someone" folding or cutting that print to fit a smaller frame....and I couldn't remember who it wa...

I've always subscribed to the thinking that the more "obvious" we all are in trying to protect something the more likely some scrote somewhere is going to think "trying to be clever are you mate? ...well see if your fragile item can survive this ..WHACK" That's all it takes is on...

Re: COMMANDA MURAL, 2013 PRINT
Quick heads up to "Liberatarian" on the money transfer method. It worked fine , total cost to me of transferring €520 was £1.80 which is extraordinary good really?. A tad slow , it took from Thursday till Monday before it was in their account , but I think that's the fault of the banking s...

Re: Anticipation: Smoke ‘em while you got ‘em
It's a nice print, but I'm a little worn on the oil angle. I count 10 in the last year & 1/2. Why not battle other social/political/environmental ills? Plenty on the table to choose from. Also, image is too close to High Time. I think each and every other of society's "ills" can be bo...

To be fair to the Germans , once I had gotten over my initial internal heartsink about needing to do an IBAN transfer it was remarkably easy to do once I had taken the plunge I think my mood over it was improved once I realised that in the years that had passed since I last needed to do it you could...

Yeah , my heart sank a little , well quite a lot actually , when they eventually got back to me with their invoice and insistance that I pay via the IBAN method. .......A method loved only by the Germans :D ...I did a mental shaking of my head once I read that email from them As much as don't like P...
