Does anyone know who I should contact if I'm missing a print in my order? It was the same print in one order. Also I still have not gotten charged on my debit card for it. Anyone know how the charges work? Last thing I want is an overdraft. Thanks

Are these ever going to get shipped? I just checked my Paypal and transaction was reversed, not quite sure what that means. I don't see the money credited back in my Paypal account either.

I use Logan 750 simplex plus, I over paid for it at local art supplies store. I think it's a lot cheaper online. It works well for 4ply mats, anything more than that, not so much.
