HARD COPY; Silkscreen Prints On Aluminum was a Shepard Fairey gallery show and book signing for Supply and Demand: The Art of Shepard Fairey that took place at noted Obey Giant dealer Jerry Waddles' Emporium Gallery on Saturday, July 15, 2006 from 6:00 to 10:00 PM.

From Obey Giant:

The Emporium Gallery presents silkscreen prints on aluminum by Shepard Fairey. Celebrate the publication of his book Supply and Demand at the reception and book signing on Saurday, July 15, 6-10 pm.

414 N. Coast Hwy 101, Encinitas, CA 92024

From Ducky Waddles:

"We at Ducky Waddle's have been fortunate to show and sell his work for the last eight years and he will be returning on July 15th for a gallery show "HARD COPY" featuring his silkscreen prints on aluminum, each in limited editions of 2 or 3, and I have picked out 20 outstanding images for the show all of which are long out of print in their standard paper editions."

This show was notable for the sheer volume, quality, and scarcity of the art work present. It was a treasure-trove of long out-of-print graphics available in their rarest form for a price($500.00) that some of their 200-300 print run paper versions have attained. Prior to the show, Jerry Waddle was able to acquire additional aluminum prints bringing the total number available to 33(including multiples of Chuck, Flav, Warhol, Hendrix), many of which sold out prior to even being hung.
