1920's Russian propaganda poster attributed to Dmitry Stakhievich Moor(1883-1946).

Moor was a very prolific poster designer and satirical artist. Contributor to Pravda, Izvestija and satirical magazines such as Krokodil. Known for his ability to combine humor and satire with monumental compositions. Teacher at Vchutemas 1922-1930. More of Moor's work can be seen here: [1]
