Mose is from New Jersey but has spent parts of his life in Hawaii and North Carolina.
Mose enjoys the work of legends such as Cy Twombly, Mark Rothko, Robert Irwin, Craig Kauffman, Ad Reinhardt, Dan Flavin, Howard Hodgkin, Richard Serra, and Clyfford Still. With regard to contemporary, living artists, he favors Makoto Fujimura, Sam Falls, Mariah Robertson, Nick Darmstaedter, Liz Deschenes, Carsten Nicolai, Terence Koh, Anish Kapoor, Christopher Wool, and Jose Parla.
Mose is also partial to Talisker whisky, Guinness(bottle, not can), Silk Cut cigarettes, special pork ramen, his children, and being married, although not necessarily in that order.
Mose used to be way more involved with thegiant.org. He remembers those times fondly.
