All proceeds from the sale of POW prints went directly to www.witnesstorture.org, an organization with a mission to shut down Guantanamo Prison and end prisioner torture and mistreatment. The release date on this print was December 4th, 2007 - hopefully not the last Tuesday print drop of 2007! POW carries an edition size of 300 and was limited to 2 prints per person through Obeygiant.com
Shepard Fairey’s contribution to Led Zepplin’s Mothership double disc compilation. The print was released on November 13th, 2007 and is an edition of 400, although only 100 were made available to the general public through Obeygiant.com. The release price was a mere $50, chump change considering how much these prints were being sold for on Ebay just days after the print’s sell out! Consider yourself lucky and loaded if you happened to wrap your mits around this one!
Obey’s print release for November 27th, 2007 was available in two colorways and are both editions of 300. The image is a great change of pace from the norm and sold out rather quickly! Definately one to remember from 2007!
Those lucky enough to attend Shepard Fairey’s Nineteeneightyfouria show in London, starting November 2nd - November 25th, will have the opportunity to purchase this exclusive print. The print is limited to an edition run of 200, which are all signed and numbered. As of now, this print will only be available at the StolenSpace Gallery in London. Shepard Fairey brings the Obey Giant machine to its ‘Inaugural’ London exhibition.
This week’s Obey release is a 33×43 premium version of Operation Oil Freedom. This time around, the print is offered on archival cotton rag and limited to a run of 50. You know the routine - log onto ObeyGiant.com around noon for the official drop.
Well yeah, It has been a while. Sadly these days Im stretched thin with all my internet duties, but it has been an awesome month. Shepard and Jason, A HUGE THANK YOU! As you may know, Shaepard Fairey and Jason Filipow each donated a piece to The Giant to raise money for our new server. Oh yeah… We got a new server! Well Shepard and Jason’s pieces ended up raising enough money to pay for at-least the next year and a half of hosting.
So a big round of applause for Both Shepard and Jason. Thanks guys!
Jason auctioned off one of his paint cans on ebay, and Shepard donated a retired stencil for a raffle.

So we have successfully upgraded here. And asmalorange has been awesome enough to put us on us this spiffy, new, over powered server as the new home. It is a quad processor 1.8GHz xeon that we share with only 3 other people. The last server we were on (and it ran it fine, but we were hogging everyone else’s speed) was a dual 2.0, and we shared it with 149 other people.
I have taken the time to install all the latest up-to-date system stuff to make this puppy fly. So enjoy the speed. I have a feeling we wont be slowing down much on tuesdays anymore (crosses fingers).
HUGE thanks to everyone that has contributed to make this possible, and we almost have enough be prepaid for the year(and get the discount)!

I have very little to complain about regarding the support for my art, but there are couple of things that frustrate me. One has has been the problem with people missing out because a print sold out too quickly. The second is people misunderstanding what my political motivations are. With this print I have decided to tackle both problems with one solution. I recently watched a great documentary called IRAQ FOR SALE:THE WAR PROFITEERS. I knew that companies like Haliburton were ripping off the government and therefore all of us as taxpayers, but this film shows the real depth of the problems and the extent of shady business dealings between corporations and our government. I recommend the film to anyone, but as an added incentive I am holding back 25 “Proud Parents” prints to be given free except the price of shipping to anyone who sends a photo of themselves holding a copy of the movie in their home. Send your photographs of you and a copy of the movie to info@obeygiant.com. Don’t lend one copy to five friends and try to get over. Get all five friends to buy a copy and lend it to their five friends… please. The film and more info is available at iraqforsale.org or bravenewfilms.org.
